Excellent hands-on contractor that listens to what the customer wants. Complete, thorough and timely work. We had water damage that they repaired so that you can’t tell there was ever a problem. Electrical, plumbing, plasterwork and drywall along with ceramic tiling. Serge is a pleasure to work with and always follows through on what he promised.

After a water issue, Serge Construction replaced and repaired drywall in a basement room. He converted it into a library for me, with Amish-built custom cabinetry, wood- look vinyl floor to replace the damaged carpet and new light fixtures. They also relocated an outlet and cold air return, as part of the project, along with painting the room. They did a great job of communication as well as follow through and I’m very happy with my new library.

We have worked with Serge Construction & Remodeling twice on basement remodeling projects over the past few years and both times the team was professional, efficient, clean, and responsive. We have worked with other contractors in the past and they are by far the best. We were given a timeline of two weeks and the project was done in about a week. We plan to use them in the future as well.

We did a completed remodel of our master bathroom. Serge construction was our chosen contractor after we vetted four other companies. Serge is always available and always answers texts and calls timely. He understands the owner “panic” moments and is empathetic and compassionate. We recently hired Serge Construction (again) to remodel our basement bar, and the results far exceeded anything we imagined. Serge played a huge role in the design itself, suggesting ideas and layouts I never would have considered, many of which became my favorite parts of the finished space. He didn’t just execute our Irish pub idea, he elevated it- adding richer detail and creating a space far more impressive than we envisioned. And while the craftsmanship is beautiful, just as impressive was their communication throughout the entire project. I received daily updates about who was coming, when they’d arrive, and exactly what would be completed that day. Anytime I had a question, Serge responded immediately. Additionally, the crew was meticulous with cleanup every single day, and the space never felt chaotic or messy despite the construction. The entire team is outstanding and we truly cannot recommend them enough. In fact, I’m almost hesitant to rave too much because we don’t want him booked up before we start our master bathroom and kitchen remodels! If you want beautiful work, great communication, and a contractor you can genuinely trust, Serge is the one!

He just finished my bar in the basement. He got it done by the deadline (I told him I needed it for Thanksgiving). The work was impeccable. He’s done 2 projects for me and I’ll hire him again when I can schedule/afford a new kitchen and master bath. He’s currently doing work for my parents, suffice to say I’m a very satisfied customer

We just had a bathroom remodel completed by Serge Construction. We cannot say enough amazing things about this team. They did beautiful work and were fabulous communicators throughout the entire process. They kept us up-to-date on the schedule and progress of the project and also provided honest feedback and suggestions along the way. They were meticulous in regards to clean up every day as well. Serge and his assistant removed a vanity and replaced with a new vanity. It was done perfectly. There were no issues what-so-ever. They also analyzed trim in the living room area and then went to Home Depot to find a very similar trim (the previous trim was no longer manuafactured) and they then installed it around the door leading to the downstairs. All of it was marvelous and I highly recommend them to anyone This was a smaller job but look at the other reviews for bigger jobs. Serge also is a heck of a nice guy to boot! His attention to detail and his conscientiousness were a 10!

Sergey construction was the most responsive to our vision of creating two modern bathrooms. Sergey was very patient as we selected materials and final design features. He offered suggestions and new ideas. When the work began, he constantly gave us updates and completed the job on time. We were extremely happy with every aspect of the job.

We are extremely happy with our bathroom remodel done by Serge Construction. Everything from the tile to the paint was immaculate. Serge and his crew cleaned up after themselves after every work day and he was very reasonably priced compared to other bigger remodeling companies we received estimates from. We are so happy with our new shower!

After searching and asking others, we found Serge Construction to give us a bid on three bathroom updates. We left a message of our interest in having Serge view our project. He came over soon to take measurements and view the project very shortly. We received a complete quote for the entire project Due to his excellent quote and his approach to the project, we chose to use him. He set a comprehensive schedule that he stuck with completely. His crew was highly skilled, including himself. The crew was also very friendly and respectful of our home and schedule to completion. Each day they left our place, clean and tidy , the quality of work was outstanding and timely to the overall quotation, all three baths are gorgeous in workmanship and detail. We hired Serge to renovate our bathroom after so many of our neighbors told us about the wonderful work he had completed for them. We were not disappointed! Serge turned our old master bathroom into a beautiful space for us to enjoy. He was very clear about the parameters of our project and gave us our budget ahead of time. We were so pleased with Serge's work we asked him to help us renovate our foyer and hallways with new paint and a new chandelier. We will hopefully have Serge back again for another project!

We are so glad we found and hired Serge Construction to remodel our two upstairs bathrooms (guest/future kids bathroom and master bath - everything except for the bath/shower, which we had replaced previously with a different company). From the very beginning, Serge was very responsive and communicative - he would listen to our every idea and request and answer all of our questions whenever they would pop up. He was very open and up front about costs and gave us multiple options so we could decide exactly what we wanted and could make sure it fit within our budget.
